MediAfrique
mediAfrique is a media training centre
established jointly by Radio Worldwide and IBRA in Togo, West Africa
The centre aims to equip Christians living in West Africa with media production skills.
There is a great opportunity to share the gospel using media. Christians no longer have to rely solely on traditional ways of reaching people - people can switch on the radio and hear about Jesus over the airwaves!
The church has a chance to engage with many local people this way, but radio programmes need to be gripping and engaging to the public. To make the most of this opportunity, MediAfrique was developed.
By taking mediAfrique's 8-month training course, French-speaking Christians from all over Africa are able to develop their radio production skills, producing media programmes which present a clear yet exciting message of the gospel to those who hear it.
