Setting up your own station?

If you are thinking about setting up an independent radio station, the Community Media Association offers support and advice. It is a good place for media community groups to find resources. A Restricted Service Licence (RSL) will allow you to operate a station for a short period of time. This is how Rothwell Carnival Radio operates. The Ofcom website contains information on obtaining a RSL.
