I highly recommend Radio Worldwide's 2-week radio training course in Leeds. You will learn how to create programs and will also have some time behind the microphone at a real station. I took away a tremendous amount of information and experience at the end of the school. The teachers are professionals and will help you along the way. You will be with students from around the world. The cultural flavor reminded me of what Heaven will be like with every tribe and tongue represented.
